Coaching is NOT psychotherapy, nor is it a replacement for psychotherapy.  If you desire or feel the need for therapy, please find a licensed, local therapist to work with.

Coaching is about creating change in oneself and one’s life. It begins where you are today and creates a path to move you forward into living your very best life.

We will not dig around in your past, resolve unresolved emotional issues relating to your upbringing or traumatic experiences.
